I had a great experience. From the time you pull up and the free valet takes your car so that you don't have to worry about it or drive around the lot when you're sick or injured trying to find a parking spot, check in and they send Someone with you if you need it to find where you're going or to push you in a chair, They offer free check-in so when you get there the experience is very quick and easy, I love the doctors and nurses there some of the best staff you'll ever work with. And when you're going in for testing, or getting something checked out, or an injury that you're not sure where to go with, They always walk you through the options show you what they're going to do before they do it explain to you how to get a feel and then let you slowly get used to The procedure before going full in. If you have children they even offer a tour of the hospital that's family friendly aimed at kids so that they have less anxiety If they need to come in for a surgery or a procedure themselves. It's a nice place it's run very well and they do a great job.

I took my mother to many hospitals to try and get answers with her not being able to eat of drink anything for months. We finally got answers and a solution to the problems she has been having. Lutheran hospital was beyond amazing. From everyone from check in to everyone in the ER. Outstanding care. Thank you so much for listening to us and understanding what the problem was and getting a solution. Thank you so much to all the staff.

I ended up having to have a c-section and was so nervous and scared.! My night shift labor and delivery nurse Kandace was amazing, so sweet, and so understanding. She really helped me get through the OR and the recovery while I was there. I hate that I didn’t get to thank for everything she did for me in person before I left the hospital. I really hope she sees this and knows just how grateful I am to have had her as my nurse.

I’ve been to a lot of doctors at my age of 54 years old and I’ve never run into the absolute best team until now. Not that I’ve had problems with anyone. It’s just no one has met all five stars and I am proud to give all five stars for sure thank you so much for your time and patience with me.

Amy is, was and has always been amazing! She’s organized, kind, friendly, very professional and always on-time. The check in process was simple before arriving but once I arrived (even early arrival) there were people checking in ahead of me who weren’t on the schedule until an hour after my appointment was scheduled. I had arrived early as requested but got to my appointment late due to this issue.

I always enjoy going to Lutheran Hospital because they take such good care of me. The experience of the. Ultrasound of my carotid artery went well. I haven’t got the results late yet, but I just know that the lady that took care of me there made me so very comfortable. I really appreciated it. I have severe back and neuropathy in my right leg and foot along with drop foot and foot roll. She made me feel very very comfortable. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable thank you very much for all your consideration. It was an excellent experience.

Wonderful staff. My adult son is autistic. His surgery nurses were all amazing with him. If I were to suggest improvements... It is hard to cross the street safely without going to the crosswalk. For people parking in the handicap area it isn't convenient. The hospital is tastefully decorated. But the fake plants took away from the beauty. *Lutheran Downtown

Everyone l encountered that day at Lutheran from check-in till l left was kind, friendly and helpful. My nurses Judy and Jill were excellent. They work together so well. While Jill asked questions and documented answers Judy started the IV. Usually my veins are hard to hit but Judy was gentle and patient and hit the vein in one try. I didn't even have a bruise. The anesthesiologist named India came in to explain everything. She was great too. The three of them made me feel very comfortable and listened to.

Facility was very nice and welcoming. Overall experience was easily five Star! The Individual who worked with me through the evening and night, His first name began with a J, but I don’t specifically remember the name. I’d say he gets a six star Rating. He was helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. Overall, I would highly recommend Lutheran’s sleep center to anyone needing to go through this procedure to help improve their sleep. I actually got almost a full night sleep, which I wasn’t expecting.
